Attempting a plushie craft

Attempting to make a plushie with this Wildstar Lopp as a base. So far i have the measurements done and i have sketched out all his parts, now i just need to cut it all out and pin it together to see how it looks before i start cutting cloth.

The other issue i have been having is finding eyes big enough to work. I know i could use felt but i want to avoid that. So instead I'm trying to contact the person that makes these www.etsy.com/listing/77234372/… on Etsy to see if they can make me a pair of much bigger ones. However i have no idea if they will be willing considering the size i will need. I'm looking at around 100mm to match a life sized (3 foot tall counting the ears) lopp.

On the bright side if they do decide to make them for me, it shouldn't cost too much.

The ears will also be a bit of an experiment, I'm going to try some craft foam to hold them up but if that fails i think i will resort to some kind of top knot hair / ear style. Where they go up a couple inches or so and then there would be some kind of band that ties them together and then they flop back, which i think would look cool too.
